Eligibility

You must be 17 or older. The App is for your own personal health information only. Do not upload another person's health data without their explicit consent.


AI features & Anthropic

Document processing uses Anthropic's Claude AI. By using AI features, your document content is transmitted to Anthropic (United States) as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use AI outputs as a substitute for professional medical advice or in emergencies.


Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing is shown in the App Store or Google Play listing at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

All plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. Paid plans do not mean unlimited automated use.


Your data

All health data is stored on your device. We are not responsible for data loss from device loss, deletion, or failure to back up. Use Settings → Export regularly.

You retain full ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the App's features.


Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for health outcomes from reliance on App content. Our total liability is limited to subscription fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in NZ, US, or Canada.
