We do not publish specific numeric thresholds to retain flexibility to respond to abuse patterns. This policy is intended to address abusive or automated use patterns and is not designed to affect ordinary personal health record management.
We reserve the right to apply temporary rate limits at any time without prior notice where usage is excessive or inconsistent with personal health record management. Rate limiting is a temporary measure and does not constitute a breach of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not provided where rate limiting results from your excessive use.
If usage is determined to be excessive, we may: (1) apply temporary rate limiting, (2) contact you to discuss the pattern, (3) suspend or terminate access if excessive use continues after notice. We will always apply the least restrictive measure appropriate.
